Spread this like WILDFIRE.
I think it’s disgusting that instead of being horrified that their clothing cut a child repeatedly and pulling it from all shelves, that they just refused to acknowledge the problem or even give a refund.
A refund isn’t even the issue here, but the fact that the entire situation was dismissed because a return was impossible because of bloodstains? They need to sort out their priorities.Wow. What kind of response is that? “Didn’t you check to see if our product (designed for children) was dangerous for your kid before letting them wear it?” Guess you can’t even go into a children’s clothing store anymore with the assumption the products are child safe. You’d think they would put out a recall on the thing at the very least.
This poor little girl! I hope this store gets sued.
I work at Belk and this is so sad. I would’ve given her the refund regardless. We don’t have this dress at my store but it’s still online, Belk needs to pull this! I’m never buying Morgan any of those bonnie jean dresses
